And by the looks of it Michelle Keegan has been sticking to her regime as she looked in amazing shape as she attended the Tesco Mum of The Year Awards at the Savoy Hotel on Sunday.
The 34-year-old, who welcomed a son called Aaron Jay on 28 February, turned heads in a low cut pink and gold dress.

Drawing attention to her bust the frock was covered in an intricate gold sequined pattern, while the rest of the dress was a pale pink.
Taking to Twitter ahead of the event she wrote: ‘On way #TescoMumoftheYear - Thank you @Piamichi for my stunning dress & my girl @InanchLondon for my @GoldClassHair x’
Despite looking sensational at the ceremony Michelle admitted that her sleep had been rather disruptive since she and husband Hugh Hanley welcomed their latest addition.

Speaking to OK! Online at the event Michelle scoffed at the idea of a bit of kip, saying : ‘Am I sleeping? No! I have a two-year-old who won't sleep and a three-week-old who can't sleep.’
‘He doesn't sleep through the night, he doesn't know what night is. He sleeps, drinks his bottle, then poos.’
And the Liberty X singer revealed that her husband unfortunately was taking a bit of a Simon Cowell stance when it comes to night feeds.
She said: ‘My husband sleeps through it all. He did that last time. He's a heavy sleeper apparently.’

The beautiful brunette's appearance comes after she picked up the Disney Celebrity Mum of the Year award earlier in the week.
Speaking of her win Michelle said: 'It's been a busy year, we welcomed our son AJ into the world a few weeks ago and getting back together with the band has meant family and career life has been a real juggling act.’
This is the ninth year that the Tesco Mum of The Year Awards have run. They are to honour women who, according to the supermarket chain, 'go above and beyond the call of duty to help others and are a wonderful way to recognise ordinary mums who do extraordinary things'.
