The 19-year-old's bodyguard Hugo Hensy, 32, was cuffed in Georgia on Tuesday afternoon, before being taken away in a police car.
A new report claims that the posse member stole a camera from a photographer outside of a fun house, before jumping into an Escalade that was later found parked in front of the star's rented spaceship mansion.

According to TMZ, the photographer followed the crew home to the outlandish digs Bieber is currently renting from hip hop impresario Dallas Austin.
Once police arrived they discovered the stolen property still inside of the Escalade, but no other contraband was found during the search.
Hensy was charged with stealing the camera of a photographer who allegedly came to close to the young singer; and of course, it isn't the only legal issue the crew have ongoing.

Bieber just rejected a plea deal over demands he should submit for random drug testing, reports say.
The singer, who was arrested in January, is facing charges in Miami, Florida, of resisting officers and driving under the influence.
