For the past six months Tori Spelling has been wearing baggy Daisy Dukes in LA to take care of her four children as she navigates her way through marital woes with love cheat husband Dean McDermott.
But
the 41-year-old beauty gave her tired old togs a break on Tuesday to
slip into a fetching sleeveless mini dress and heels for a special
screening of her new TV series Mystery Girls in New York City.
Also with the blonde reality star was her Beverly Hills, 90210 alum Jennie Garth who co-stars with her on the ABC Family drama.

The
beauty seemed to be in great spirits at the event where 47-year-old
McDermott and her children were not seen. It is likely the love rat, who
cheated on Tori with a twentysomething woman in December, was in LA
taking care of the kids.
A
flirty and short mini dress made the most of her figure, revealing not
just tanned and toned arms and legs but also a tiny waistline.
Short stiletto boots added edge while a hot pink purses gave a pop of color.
Polished and pretty: The 41-year-old True Tori
reality star traded in her usual casual look for a fitted mini dress and
black heels to shine at the ABC Family event
Her go-to look: Spelling in shorts in LA on June 17
The Co-Ed Call Girl star wore her hair parted on the side with big barrel curls.
Her signature red lips added a bold statement.
Jennie looked pretty too, but much more casual.
The
ex-wife of Peter Facinelli had on white slacks (with a beige and black
stripe down the side), a black top and a black-and-white jacket.
Chunky black Mini Mouse-style platform heels and an over-sized silver ring added a youthful vibe.
The event was not a premiere but rather a screening hosted by 'The Moms' at the Park Avenue Screening Room.
The
ABC Family show - which premieres on Wednesday - is about two former
detective TV show starlets who are 'brought back together by a real-life
mystery.'
Jennie plays Charlie Contour, a suburban housewife and mother.
Tori is Holly Hamilton, who 'longs for her glory days in the nineties when she was on television.'
When
a witness named Nick insists on only speaking to these two blondes
about a crime he has seen, they are pulled into breaking the case.
Miguel Pinzon from A New York Love Story also stars. Spelling is the one who created the story line with Shepard Boucher.

What a year: The daughter of Candy Spelling has
had to face criticism as she chose to air her dirty laundry with Dean

The
daughter of Candy Spelling has spent much of this year either filming
her reality series True Tori, where she went into intense couples
therapy with husband Dean.
Together Tori and Dean, who wed in 2006 in Fiji, have four children: Liam, aged seven, Stella, aged six, Hattie, aged two, and Finn, aged 22 months.
Though they spoke many times on True Tori about splitting up, it appears they have not yet done so.
