These two are not only both drop-dead gorgeous and talented beyond belief but they also have such big hearts! Katy Perry became UNICEF's next Goodwill Ambassador, and Johnny boy organized a benefit concert earlier this year in Livingston, Montana! We love a philanthropic couple, and hope they have many more years together! Cheers to these two!

One of the biggest events of the year (I'm sure you were glued to the TV!) was, hands-down, the birth of Prince William and Kate Middleton's lil' peanut, Prince George. The world waiting and waited, and the baby finally arrived on July 22. Prince George couldn't have been brought into this world by two more loving people. With a father passionate about philanthropy (like when he teamed up with David Beckham to save the elephants) we are positive this new baby will grow up to be a bright individual. And then there is his beautiful mum, who seems to always be doing good deeds wherever the duchess steps foot.

On July 20, Modern Family's Jesse Tyler Ferguson and husband Justin Mikita tied the knot in New York City. This fashionable couple has inspired us immensely throughout this year. Through their foundation, Tie the Knot, these two create unique bow ties that benefit the continued push towards equal rights. And this duo definitely walks the walk. Nearly a year ago, Jesse pushed for gay marriage in Illinois, and in November, same-sex marriage was finally recognized in the state. I can't wait to see what this power couple does in 2014! Seriously, I love them so much!

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon have been married for five years, and they seem more in love than ever! Need further proof? Just visit their Instas, and you will fall in love with their cuteness! When Nick isn't doing his 50 other jobs (dude werks his ass off), or parenting his adorbs kids, he is most likely lending his support to help feed America! The flawless Mariah can do no wrong, and when we heard earlier this year about her racist incident, we were disgusted! Bravo to Mariah for opening up about it! #LookAtYouNowBooBoo

This may have been a given, but we have officially crowned the 2013 King and Queen as Jay Z and Beyoncé! Queen B had quite the year! From a world tour to her "Life Is But A Dream" documentary, she sure stayed busy! While their careers are at an all time high, they also fit in time to give back. Beyoncé launched the #BeyGood initiative, which is calling on fans to donate to their local Goodwill! Jay Z, on the other hand, has done FAB-U-LOUS work through his foundation, the Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation, and talked about the power of music to make change in his documentary, "Made In America."

Vanessa Hudgens and Austin Butler are def one of 2013's most talked about young Hollywood couples! Whenever out and about, these two are rarely photographed apart! Both are UBER talented and philanthropy pioneers! Giving back nearly every day of every week (or so it seems), they are giving Angelina a run for Hollywood's most philanthropic! As always, Alicia spent a lot of the year advocating for the fight against HIV/AIDS, while Swizz called on the world to unite against hate!
