Chrissy Teigen shares first formal photo from marriage to John Legend as couple grace the latest Martha Stewart Weddings

Chrissy Tiegen is no stranger to magazine covers. But her latest, for Martha Stewart Weddings, shows her in a far more romantic light than ever before.
The supermodel, 28, who married John Legend in Lake Como, Italy, last September, poses with her new husband on the glossy title's new issue, which hits newsstands on March 3rd.

In typically witty style, the 2014 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover girl posted a picture of the new cover on Instagram, with the line: 'Covered my butt this time.'

While a handful of informal images were released at the time of the wedding, the new cover offers a first clear look at Ms Tiegen's showstopping Vera Wang gown.

Her side-on pose exposes the cut-out back, as well as the full, princess skirt.
Her hair is worn in a braided up-do, with the veil falling down her back. Her diamond earrings and bracelet complete the look.

The dress pictured on the cover is one of three that Ms Teigen purchased for her big day. While she and Mr Legend, 35, largely left the organization of the event to a wedding planner, she admits that she couldn't help getting carried away with bridal gowns.
She told the Huffington Post: 'Every time I went in [to Vera Wang] for a fitting, I couldn't stop getting one. It's just too pretty.'
The second gown was also white and strapless, but a slimmer fit, showing off that supermodel body. At the knee, it cascaded into a mermaid skirt, slightly longer at the back to make a small train.

The final dress, it appears, was for dancing in. Slim-fitting at the top, with a full skirt resembling rose petals, the scarlet hue ensured she was center of attention.
The couple married on a private estate in front of 125 guests including Kanye West, Quincy Jones, Stevie Wonder and Brooklyn Decker.
According to People.com, Mr Legend had guests in tears when he sang All of Me - a song written about his new bride.
